Crystal Baxter began her real estate career by taking a huge leap of faith. She was a newlywed, living in a new home and working full time as an assistant project manager at a local construction company. She loved her job but felt that she was destined for a different career path. She always loved helping people, architecture and never passed by a Home Search or Real Estate book at the grocery store without snagging a copy. Big dreams in becoming a Real Estate investor lead her to becoming a Real Estate agent. Crystal resigned as assistant project manager after achieving her salesperson licensing at Williams Academy in Warner Robins. She hit the ground running on Feb 1st of 2004. Crystal becoming a Real Estate agent would be more rewarding than she had ever imagined.
A family buying a house to call home is something that never got old. Challenges of the job keep her going back for more. Her main focus has always been about building relationships with all of her clients, whether it is a first-time home buyer, move-up buyer, investor or asset management company. She studies a lot to keep up with the market trends and to make sure that she is using the most up-to-date sources to help guide buyers and sellers. Most importantly, she is a straight shooter and will tell someone what they can expect with every transaction. She typically greets people in blue jeans but just know she is focused on making things happen when you work with her.
